    South Park Real Estate

SouthPark is a large neighborhood in Charlotte, North Carolina.  The upscale SouthPark Mall, which opened in February of 1970 helped give it its name.  This is the largest shopping mall in all of North Carolina and attracts millions of shoppers each year.  The neighborhood was once a part of a 3,000-acre (1,200 ha) farm owned by former North Carolina Governor Cameron Morrison.

The area boasts numerous restaurants and is one of the largest business districts in Charlotte and the state of North Carolina.  You can enjoy Summer Pops outdoor concerts at the Symphony Park amphitheater.  SouthPark is geographically centered at the intersection of Fairview Road and Sharon Road in the south central sector of the city, about six miles south of Uptown Charlotte.  This area offers great schools and excellent convenience to all areas of Charlotte.  Seventeen photographs of the area around South Park and Phillips Place, taken in the year 2000, are displayed as part of an exhibit on the Charlotte Mecklenburg Story website.

Kyle was incredibly patient with all my 1st time home buyer questions. He treated me like family and held my hand every step of the way. I couldn’t have bought my house without his help and the expertise of his team. He also recommended a phenomenal inspector, who was reasonably priced and added tremendous value to my home. Kyle continues to recommend post closing contacts to help ease my transition into my new home. Scarlett is an all around stellar team! Thanks guys!
