Indian Land Real Estate

Indian Land is a community in the northernmost part of Lancaster County, South Carolina. It lies east of Fort Mill and just south of the Ballantyne area. It is a major suburb of Charlotte, North Carolina.  Its name comes from the fact that the area continued to be populated by Indians after Europeans settled in surrounding areas and is known for being the birthplace of President Andrew Jackson.

Indian Land is only a half-hour drive to downtown Charlotte, making it an ideal choice for many families who want to work in the city but enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the countryside. There are state parks nearby with many hiking and biking trails to explore!

Indian Land is rapidly growing as families are discovering this beautiful, inexpensive small town. Indian Land is also home to several corporate headquarters including Continental Tire and Red Ventures and has recently been named as a top “Boom Town” in the nation by Forbes magazine.

    Testimonials

I was searching for a home in the University Area (3 bedrooms under $150k) in Charlotte and got in touch with Katie Brown. After only a few weeks, Katie helped me get a house with every single thing on my wish list at exactly the right price! She was very pleasant to work with, always going above and beyond to help me out by answering a multitude of first time home buyer questions, and including advice. I was very pleased with Katie’s ability to negotiate on my behalf and help me get priority …
