Kyle and his team have been extremely professional and excellent in all aspects, from getting the home ready and listed through to Closing. The entire process from Listing, negotiating, putting under contract, completing the due diligence and closing took just a little over a month. Prompt follow-up and responses from Kyle and his team on any and all matters during the process was very impressive. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Fantastic team to work with! Katie Brown and Kyle Bender are extremely professional, responsive and ensure everything goes smoothly from the offer to closing. Highly recommend this team! – Kiene
It was a great experience working with Kyle Bender and his team. I interviewed a couple of agents before him, but needless to say he was the last. Once I spoke with Kyle, I could easily tell he was a genuine person. That was really important to me for choosing an agent to sell my home. He is an expert in his field as he had my house under contract before it even hit MLS. Even though I had extremely particular buyer, Kyle was there for every step of the way. From negotiations to referrals, he was…
Wow this team knocked it out of the park! Made my first home buying experience enjoyable!
Second to none! Sold our condo in one day for above asking price. And everyone at Scarlett was awesome to work with!
Kyle and his team at Scarlett couldn’t have been better to work with. We sold our condo in just one day for more than what we asked! I would highly recommend them to anyone. The entire process was very smooth and professional. – Thompsons

Kyle was instrumental in the process of buying my first/dream home at an incredible price. He was responsive throughout the entire process. I walked into a lot of equity and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a similar result.
Incredible experience overall – Katie is AWESOME!! I took over a year to purchase and I am sure that was somewhat frustrating for Scarlett but they were so great about it. Katie wanted what was best for my family and I and was not just there to make a buck. She genuinely cared about our interests and getting the best place that suited us and then fighting for us to get it. Excellent experience!
We recently sold our home in S.Charlotte , I had previously been with a large well known company which frankly seemed to rely more on their reputation than their willingness to actually do the work necessary to get the home sold. This is where Katie stands out in my opinion. Before I signed with her I told her “warned would be a better term” of my expectations , she laughed and said “no problem”. I now understand why it was no problem because she exceeded my…
